7. DELIVERY POLICY.
We deliver products only inside UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier company. Delivery time may vary from 1-3 working days. Delivery charges are based on the location of the delivery and will be displayed once the user chooses the place of delivery. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
Your total cost for the purchase of any product will include the shipping and handling charges shown on your Virtual Sys Technologies invoice. Your original shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of a returned product. Those fees are paid for the services provided by and to the original carrier, and will not be refunded to you if your item is returned for a refund to Virtual Sys Technologies.
8. ORDER STATUS
Virtual Sys Technologies will keep you informed of your order status via email. All tracking information will be emailed to your Virtual Sys Technologies ID once your order has shipped.
